The DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV) required a comprehensive brand-recognition campaign to establish its identity. Replacing the former DC Taxi Commission, DFHV was created to promote choice, competition, and innovation within DC's evolving transportation ecosystem, encompassing taxis, limousines, private hire vehicles, and ride-sharing platforms like Uber and Lyft.
