The District offers several programs to assist property owners and first time homebuyers.The DC Office of Tax and Revenue asked Seaberry team to create an animated video explaining the agency's real property tax relief programs for DC residents.

The DC Office of Tax and Revenue offers several property tax relief programs for eligible District homeowners and first-time homebuyers. Over an extended partnership, Seaberry supported the agency with a range of public-facing communications designed to help residents understand available programs, eligibility requirements, and application steps.

My work included collateral design, promotional advertising, program campaign materials, infographic flyers, postcard mailers, social media assets, and an animated explainer video.
